E-waste is prepped for destruction then run through a shredding process. At the end of the process your e-waste will be separated mechanically into individual materials. Those materials can then be reintroduced on the e-materials market. All hard drives are shredded individually to ensure complete destruction. The shredding process will turn your hard drive into pebble sized pieces, eliminating all of your company's data liabilities.
