Grade A or Grade B Gaylord Boxes

- Grade A Boxes will be clean of debris, have an insert or full flaps, have intact flaps, no holes or major paper tares, will be stacked 23 to 25 on a skid, with a minimum of 500 boxes per semi-trailer (smaller quantities may be available).

- Grade B Boxes will be clean of debris (unless otherwise specified), have an insert or full flaps, have intact flaps (unless otherwise specified), may have small holes or paper tares, will be stacked 23 to 25 high on a skid, with a minimum of 500 boxes per trailer (smaller quantities may be available).

- (General) Average boxes (A’s and B’s) will be apx 44x44x42. Measurements may be between 42 and 48 L&W and between 37.5 and 48” H. Box thickness will be 4 and 5 ply apx 1,500 lb weight capacity (Unless otherwise specified).

5 PLY GAYLORD BOXES

These are the top of the line gaylord boxes. They should be about 5/8"-1" thick and rated for approximately 1500+ lbs. The 5 Ply Gaylord boxes are used for heavy shipments and storage. They are the best choice for repeated use and the ultimate protection. These are available with or without tops.

4 PLY GAYLORD BOXES

These are high quality gaylord boxes. They should be thick and rated for 1000-1500 lbs. The 4 Ply Gaylord boxes are used for medium weight shipments and storage. They are a good choice for repeated use and the lasting protection. These are available with or without tops.

3 PLY GAYLORD BOXES

These gaylord boxes are excellent for most uses where excessive weight or abuse is not a factor. These are available as recycled and occasionally available as new boxes. These are available with or without tops.

2 PLY GAYLORD BOXES

These gaylord boxes are excellent for most lightweight uses and for light shipment or consolidation containers. These are available as recycled and occasionally available as new boxes. These are available with or without tops.

OCTAGON GAYLORD BOXES

These gaylord boxes can range in size and shape as well capabilities. These are available with or without tops. These are available as recycled and occasionally available as new boxes.
